HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
Introducing the HEM series, a remarkable evolution in multi-turn electric actuators meticulously crafted by the adept technical team at HeLi Company. We offer a range of models to suit diverse needs, from basic to intelligent, bus-type, and intelligent split-type. Each variant is crafted to guarantee exemplary safety, unrivaled stability, and unwavering reliability, ensuring its adaptability to a myriad of application scenarios across numerous fields.
The HEM series multi-turn electric actuators exhibit exceptional versatility. They seamlessly interface with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Additionally, they can be combined with precision-engineered-turn worm gearboxes, enabling their use with quarter turn valves, including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, thereby broadening their application scope.
To optimize performance and longevity, it is advisable that running speeds remain moderate when the actuator is directly mounted on the gate valve. This precaution mitigates the impact of inertia and minimizes wear on the drive shaft sleeve. is directly installed on the gate valve.
The maximum torque in both directions is calibrated at the nominal torque. The locked torque is contingent on speed and voltage, typically
achieving 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
For a 60Hz order, adjust the speed to 1.2 times to accommodate the frequency variation.
380VAC/3PH configurations are available in both on-off and modulating types, supporting up to 600 starts per hour (an option for 1200 starts in modulating type). Note: For basic types exceeding 36RPM, there is no over-torque protection.
