HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
The HEM series is a revolutionary stride in the realm of multi-turn electric actuators, crafted with precision by the distinguished engineers at HeLi Company. Designed to meet a wide range of user needs, the HEM series comes in various models, including basic, intelligent, bus-type, and intelligent split-type. The adaptable HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are champions of compatibility, effortlessly integrating with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Moreover, they can be creatively paired with part-turn worm gearboxes for seamless use with quarter turn valves, including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, thereby significantly expanding their spectrum of applications.
Considering the inertial impacts and potential wear on the drive shaft sleeve, it is recommended to moderate the operational speed when these actuators are directly mounted on gate valves to achieve peak performance.is directly installed on the gate valve.
The maximum torque is precisely configured in both directions at a nominal torque. The locked torque is subject to speed and voltage, typically falling
within the range of 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque.
For orders operated at 60Hz, adjust the speed to 1.2 times the original to ensure optimal functionality.
The 380VAC/3PH models cater to both on-off and modulating types, boasting an impressive capacity of 600 starts per hour (1200 starts available for modulating as an option). For basic types that exceed 36RPM, note that there is no over-torque protection.
