HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
Introducing the HEM series—a pinnacle of engineering excellence in multi-turn electric actuators, meticulously developed by the adept technical team at HeLi Company. This new generation marvel fuses the nuanced needs of our users with our substantial development experience. With the HEM series, customization is key; available in a spectrum of models including basic, intelligent, bus-type, and intelligent split-type, each designed to ensure unparalleled safety, steadfast stability, and unwavering reliability for diverse application scenarios across multiple fields.
The versatile HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are crafted to seamlessly integrate with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Furthermore, they can be complemented by part-turn worm gearboxes to enhance compatibility with quarter turn valves including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, expanding their utility and application flexibility.
To mitigate the effects of inertia and the wear of the drive shaft sleeve, it is recommended to maintain a moderate operating speed when directly mounting on the gate valve, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
The maximum torque is set in both directions at the nominal torque level. The locked torque is contingent upon speed and voltage, typically ranging
from 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque.
For orders requiring 60Hz frequency, an adjustment factor of 1.2 times the speed is suggested.
For 380VAC/3PH—both on-off and modulating types are available, with a standard of 600 starts per hour (and an optional 1200 starts for modulating type). Note that for the basic type exceeding 36RPM, there is no over-torque protection.
