STRUCTURE
1. The cylinder body is made of compressed aluminum, whose inner and outer side are treated by the way of anti-corrossive solution, fine grinding the inner cylinder surface finely ground, can extend the working life, and lessen friction coefficient.
2. The structure of dual piston gear and rack type is very compact, symmetrical mounting position, long working life, quick acting, able to change the rotation direction via reversing piston.
3. Two independent screws outside can accurately adjust the stroke within +4°, in two directions, to keep actuators at full opening and closing position, being exactly consistent with valve position.
4. General-purposed, anti-broken, patanted output shaft can change over between four paralleled directions or four diagonal directions, more agile and material saving.
5. Integral body. All types of double acting and actuators with spring return have same cylinders and ending cover, fewer spare parts needed, it can add or dismantle spring to change over on site.
6. The model with multifunctional position indicator of NAMUR standard channel can display, install and output all accessories, general-purposed sensor can be mounted.
7. The combinative bear on rack and psiton and guiding loop can attain precise operation, low abrasion, long working life, prevent output shaft being broken.
8. Combined preloading spring base, the spring with coating suits for different sites, safer and anti-corrosion.
9. Precise teeth on the gear and rack, ensure gap between gear and rack smaller gap, more precise, bigger output power.
