HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
Crafted by the esteemed HeLi Company's skilled technical team, the HEM series represents a cutting-edge advancement in multi-turn electric actuators. The highly adaptable HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are engineered for seamless integration with linear stroke valves, including regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Beyond that, they can be expertly coupled with part-turn worm gearboxes to operate in harmony with quarter turn valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, expanding their utility and efficiency.
Due to the inertia effect and the potential wear of the drive shaft sleeve, it is advised to maintain a moderate running speed when the actuator is directly mounted onto the gate valve, ensuring optimal performance.
The maximum torque is configured in both directions at the nominal torque value. The locked torque is contingent upon speed and voltage, typically
ranging from 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque for enhanced performance.
When ordering with a 60Hz frequency, the speed should be increased by 1.2 times to achieve optimal operation.
380VAC/3PH—Available in both on-off and modulating types, offering 600 starts per hour (with an optional 1200 starts for modulating). For the basic type exceeding 36RPM, note that there is no over-torque protection.
