Versatility defines the HEM series, as these multi-turn electric actuators effortlessly pair with linear stroke valves, including regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Moreover, they can be equipped with part-turn worm gearboxes, enabling seamless integration with quarter turn valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves. Experience unparalleled adaptability with the HEM series.
Acknowledging the inertia effect and potential wear on the drive shaft sleeve, it is advised to maintain a moderate running speed when the actuator is directly installed on the gate valve to ensure optimal performance.
The maximum torque is programmed in both directions at the nominal torque level. The locked torque varies with speed and voltage, typically achieving
1.4-2 times the nominal torque, providing robust performance.
For orders at 60Hz, the speed should be increased by 1.2 times to maintain efficiency.
For 380VAC/3PH systems, both on-off and modulating types support up to 600 starts per hour, with an option for 1200 starts for modulating types. Note: Basic types exceeding 36RPM lack over-torque protection, ensuring consistent operation.
