HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR

Our HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are incredibly versatile, making them the perfect companion for linear stroke valves like regulating, gate, and globe valves. Additionally, these actuators can be seamlessly integrated with part-turn worm gearboxes, expanding their functionality to be effectively utilized with quarter turn valves, including the ever-reliable butterfly, ball, and plug valves.
To ensure optimal performance and longevity, we recommend maintaining a moderate running speed when installing directly on the gate valve. This consideration minimizes the potential effects of inertia and wear on the drive shaft sleeve. is directly installed on the gate valve.
The maximum torque is meticulously calibrated in both directions at the nominal torque. The locked torque varies with speed and voltage, typically
ranging from 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque.
For orders operating at 60Hz, an adjustment to 1.2 times the speed is recommended.
380VAC/3PH—available in both on-off and modulating types, offering 600 starts per hour (or 1200 starts for modulating as an option). For basic types operating beyond 36RPM, there is no over-torque protection, ensuring robust operation.
