HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
Introducing the HEM series, a revolutionary advancement in multi-turn electric actuators crafted by the expert technical team at HeLi Company. The HEM series is versatile, offering models like basic, intelligent, bus-type, and intelligent split-type, each designed to deliver unmatched safety, stability, and reliability. Tailored to cater to varied application scenarios, it spans a multitude of industries.
The HEM series is engineered for versatility, adept at pairing with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Additionally, it can also be seamlessly integrated with part-turn worm gearboxes, enhancing its adaptability for quarter turn valves including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, thus broadening its scope across different valve applications.
To mitigate the effects of inertia and wear on the drive shaft sleeve, it is advised to maintain a moderate running speed when the actuator is directly mounted on the gate valve, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Torque adjustments are made for maximum efficiency, with the torque set in two directions at the designated nominal torque. The locked torque is intricately dependent on the speed and voltage, typically
ranging from 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, allowing for flexible and powerful operation.
For orders requiring 60Hz, a speed increment of 1.2 times is recommended to maintain performance standards.
Offering flexibility, the 380VAC/3PH can be configured for on-off and modulating types, supporting up to 600 starts per hour, with an option for 1200 starts for modulating types. Note: Basic types exceeding 36RPM do not feature overtorque protection.
