HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
Introducing the HEM series, a state-of-the-art line of multi-turn electric actuators crafted by the skilled technical team at HeLi Company. The HEM series offers a range of models—basic, intelligent, bus-type, and intelligent split-type—to cater to diverse user requirements. Each model guarantees superior safety, stability, and reliability, perfectly tailored for various application scenarios across multiple industries.
Our HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are versatile performers, seamlessly pairing with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Moreover, these actuators can be configured with precision-engineered-turn worm gearboxes, allowing them to integrate with quarter turn valves including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, thereby enhancing operational flexibility.
To prevent undue strain from inertia effects and drive shaft sleeve wear, it is advisable to maintain a moderate running speed when directly mounting on gate valves. is directly installed on the gate valve.
The maximum torque is calibrated in both directions at the nominal level. The locked torque is contingent on speed and voltage, typically
ranging from 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque.
When employing a 60Hz frequency, the speed should be adjusted to 1.2 times the normal rate.
For 380VAC/3PH systems—available in both on-off and modulating types—our actuators offer 600 starts per hour (with an optional upgrade to 1200 starts for modulating types). Note: For basic types exceeding 36 RPM, over-torque protection is not available.
