Our HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are expertly designed to partner seamlessly with linear stroke valves such as regulating, gate, and globe valves. Furthermore, they can be enhanced with part-turn worm gearboxes, empowering them to quarter turn deliver exceptional performance with valves like butterfly, ball, and plug valves.
Considering the inertia effect and the wear of the drive shaft sleeve, we recommend maintaining a moderate running speed, especially when directly mounted on the gate valve. is directly installed on the gate valve.
The maximum torque is preset in both directions, aligned with the nominal torque. Please note, the locked torque fluctuates with speed and voltage, generally
ranging from 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque.
For orders utilizing 60Hz, the speed should be increased by a factor of 1.2.
For our 380VAC/3PH models, both on-off and modulating types are available, boasting 600 starts per hour (optionally up to 1200 for modulating). Note: For basic type models exceeding 36RPM, over-torque protection is not available.
