HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
Introducing the HEM series, a pioneering generation of multi-turn electric actuators crafted by the dedicated technical team at HeLi Company. Available in a variety of models including basic, intelligent, bus-type, and intelligent split-type, the HEM series promises unparalleled safety, stability, and reliability. They are engineered to cater to diverse application needs across multiple industries.
The versatile HEM series is engineered to seamlessly pair with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Beyond these, they can also be paired with part-turn worm gearboxes, enabling compatibility with quarter turn valves like butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, thus broadening their application spectrum.
To ensure operational efficiency and longevity, it is recommended that the running speed remains moderate, especially when the actuator is directly mounted on a gate valve, due to inertia effects and potential wear on the drive shaft sleeve. is directly installed on the gate valve.
The maximum torque is calibrated in both directions at the nominal torque level. The locked torque varies with speed and voltage and is typically
1.4 to 2 times greater than the nominal torque, providing robust operational capability.
When ordering a 60Hz system, it is advisable to increase the speed by 1.2 times to maintain performance efficiency.
For 380VAC/3PH systems, the HEM series supports both on/off and modulating types with up to 600 starts per hour (1200 starts for modulating as an option). Note that for basic types exceeding 36RPM, there is no over-torque protection.
