HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
The HEM series represents a groundbreaking evolution in multi-turn electric actuators, meticulously crafted by the expert technical team at HeLi Company. This series harmonizes profound user insights with extensive developmental expertise. Tailor-made to accommodate diverse user specifications, the HEM series is available in a multitude of models—ranging from basic to intelligent, including bus-type and sophisticated intelligent split-type. Each model is designed to guarantee unparalleled safety, enduring stability, and unwavering reliability, seamlessly adapting to diverse application environments across a myriad of industries.
The HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are engineered for versatile functionality. Perfectly compatible with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves, they can be adeptly paired with part-turn worm gearboxes to facilitate compatibility with quarter turn valves including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves.
Due to the inertia effect and potential wear of the drive shaft sleeve, it is recommended that the operational speed should remain moderate when directly installed on the gate valve to prevent undue stress.
The maximum torque is preset in both directions at the nominal torque level. The locked torque is contingent upon speed and voltage, typically
ranging from 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, ensuring robust performance.
For orders at 60Hz, the speed should be increased by a factor of 1.2 to maintain efficiency.
380VAC/3PH units are available in on-off and modulating types, offering 600 starts per hour (with an optional 1200 starts for modulating). Note: For basic types exceeding 36RPM, there is no over-torque protection in place.
