HQV947 Series-Product Overview
The electric V-ball valve is equipped with HEQ series actuators, and the operation can be controlled by inputting (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) signal and single-phase power supply, so as to realize the adjustment of pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level and other parameters.
There is a V-shaped notch on the valve core, which generates shearing force when rotating relative to the hard sealing
valve seat, so that the fiber can be cut off and prevented from being stuck. It has the characteristics of circulation ability,
high adjustment precision, large adjustable ratio, good sealing and light weight. It is suitable for most occasions except
small-caliber, angle and three-way connection, and it is the preferred product to replace imported products, especially suitable for the adjustment of mud and media containing fiber and micro-solid suspended solids. Widely used in paper, sugar, petroleum,chemical, metallurgical and other industrial automatic control systems.
Main feature
The auxiliary sealing seat with elastic load pressure ensures the close contact between the valve seat and the ball core from beginning to end. The ball valve has an integral valve body structure and there is no possibility of potential leakage.
It has the characteristics of equal percentage, wide control range and particularly stable control process, and can be widely used in various technological processes.
The valve stem and the ball core of the ball valve are connected by involute splines. When the profile is loaded, there is radial force on the teeth to play the role of automatic centering, and the uniform force on each tooth makes it have high strength and long service life.
Integral valve body without any pipe joint, so it is not affected by pipeline or bolt stress, and because the valve body does not have any pipe joint, the pressure-resistant shell is not affected by sudden pressure change. With a V-shaped valve body, even in the case of small flow or high viscosity medium, it can ensure the accuracy of control in the whole range.
Leakage-proof and durable valve seat is lined with PTFE cup-shaped or O-shaped sealing ring with stainless steel inner core at its outer diameter. The valve seat is made of tungsten carbide with large cross section, and the structure of the valve seat is enhanced by an alloy corrugated spring.
When the valve is closed, a wedge-shaped shearing action is generated between the V-shaped notch and the valve seat, which not only has a self-cleaning function, but also can prevent the ball core from being stuck.
