HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR

The versatile HEM Series multi-turn electric actuators are adept at enhancing linear stroke valves, such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Moreover, they can be seamlessly paired with part-turn worm gearboxes, transforming them into ideal solutions for quarter turn valves, including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, showcasing their expansive functional range.
Considering the inertia effect and drive shaft sleeve wear, it is advisable to maintain a moderate running speed when the actuator is mounted directly on the gate valve, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Maximal torque is set bidirectionally at the nominal torque levels. The locked torque is influenced by speed and voltage, typically
ranging between 1.4-2 times the nominal torque, providing robust and secure operation.
For orders set at 60Hz, the speed should be adjusted to 1.2 times, optimizing operational efficiency.
380VAC/3PH configurations include on-off and modulating types, offering 600 starts per hour (1200 starts for modulating as optional). Note: For basic types exceeding 36RPM, overtorque protection is not available.
