The remarkably adaptable HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are designed to excel in compatibility. They effortlessly integrate with linear stroke valves, including regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Moreover, their innovative design allows them to be ingeniously paired with part-turn worm gearboxes, providing a seamless solution when used in conjunction with quarter turn valves. This includes butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, thereby significantly enhancing their application versatility and expanding their operational landscape.
To mitigate inertia effects and minimize potential wear of the drive shaft sleeve, it is recommended to moderate operational speed when these actuators are directly mounted on gate valves. This ensures peak performance and longevity.is directly installed on the gate valve.
The maximum torque is meticulously configured in both directions at a nominal torque. The locked torque is subject to variables such as speed and voltage, typically ranging
between 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, ensuring robust performance under varying conditions.
For orders specifying 60Hz, it is essential to adjust the speed to 1.2 times the original to maintain optimal functionality.
Our 380VAC/3PH models are designed to accommodate both on-off and modulating types, boasting an exceptional capacity of 600 starts per hour, with an option for 1200 starts for modulating types. Note that for basic types exceeding 36RPM, over-torque protection is not provided.
