HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR

The HEM series showcases versatility by offering a seamless array of models tailored to user specifications, including basic, intelligent, bus-type, and intelligent split-type configurations. Embodying the essence of safety, stability, and reliability, these actuators adeptly cater to a diverse spectrum of application scenarios across numerous fields.
The adaptability of the HEM series multi-turn electric actuators is unparalleled. They seamlessly integrate with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Furthermore, they can be effortlessly paired with part-turn worm gearboxes, transforming them into a perfect match for quarter turn valves like butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, enhancing their operational versatility and efficiency.
To account for the effects of inertia and the wear on the drive shaft sleeve, it is advisable to maintain a moderate running speed when directly installing it on the gate valve. This ensures longevity and optimal performance.
The maximum torque is configured bi-directionally at the nominal torque. The locked torque is influenced by speed and voltage, typically
ranging from 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, ensuring robust performance.
For orders with 60Hz, the speed should be increased by 1.2 times to accommodate frequency specifications.
380VAC/3PH models are available in both on-off and modulating types, capable of 600 starts per hour, with an optional 1200 starts for modulating versions. For basic types exceeding 36 RPM, please note that there is no over-torque protection.
