The versatile HEM series multi-turn electric actuators seamlessly integrate with a variety of linear stroke valves, including regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves, offering flexibility and efficiency to your operations. Further versatility is ensured when paired with part-turn worm gearboxes, expanding their utility to quarter turn valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, broadening the scope of application and enhancing operational capabilities.
To maintain optimal performance and prevent premature wear due to the inertia effect on the drive shaft sleeve, it’s advisable to moderate the running speed when directly mounting the actuator on a gate valve. is directly installed on the gate valve.
The maximum torque is strategically set in dual directions at the nominal torque level. However, understand that the locked torque is influenced by speed and voltage, typically amounting to
approximately 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, ensuring robustness and adaptability.
For orders operating at 60Hz, the speed should be calibrated to increase by 1.2 times for optimal performance.
Our 380VAC/3PH variants are available in on-off and modulating types, supporting up to 600 starts per hour (with an optional 1200 starts for modulating). Note: For basic types exceeding 36RPM, no over-torque protection is included.
