Our state-of-the-art HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are versatile performers. They seamlessly integrate with linear stroke valves, including regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves, offering remarkable adaptability. part-turn worm gearboxes to be utilized with quarter turn valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, ensuring comprehensive applicability across numerous valve types.
To maintain optimal performance and minimize wear due to inertia effects on the drive shaft sleeve, we recommend moderating the running speed during direct installation on gate valves.
The maximum torque is meticulously calibrated in both directions at the nominal torque. The locked torque, influenced by speed and voltage, typically ranges between 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, providing robust operational strength.
When ordering 60Hz, consider increasing the speed by 1.2 times to achieve optimal performance.
Our devices operate at 380VAC/3PH, featuring both on-off and modulating types. They support up to 600 starts per hour, with an optional upgrade to 1200 starts for modulating types. Note: For basic types exceeding 36RPM, there is no over-torque protection.
