The adaptable HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are a testament to compatibility, effortlessly integrating with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Furthermore, their design allows them to be ingeniously combined with part-turn worm gearboxes to be utilized in conjunction with quarter turn valves, including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, thus dramatically enhancing their application versatility.
Considering the inertia effects and potential wear of the drive shaft sleeve, it is recommended that the operational speed is moderated when these actuators are directly mounted on gate valves, thus ensuring peak performance and longevity.is directly installed on the gate valve.
The configuration of maximum torque is set in both directions at a nominal torque. The locked torque, being influenced by both speed and voltage, typically fluctuates
between 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, ensuring adaptability and robustness.
For orders that require 60Hz, it is crucial to adjust the speed to 1.2 times the original setting, optimizing performance.
