HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
Introducing the HEM series – a revolutionary advancement in multi-turn electric actuators, meticulously crafted by the adept technical team at HeLi Company. This innovative series seamlessly integrates user needs with extensive developmental expertise, resulting in a versatile array of models including basic, intelligent, bus-type, and intelligent split-type configurations. Designed to excel in safety, stability, and reliability, the HEM series is engineered to meet diverse application demands across a multitude of industries.
Versatility at its finest, the HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are adaptable, serving both linear stroke applications with precision instruments like regulating, gate, and globe valves, as well as being capable of partnering with part-turn worm gearboxes to function seamlessly with quarter turn valves including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves.
To mitigate the effects of inertia and wear on the drive shaft sleeve, it is recommended that the operation speed remains moderated when the actuator is directly installed on gate valves, ensuring optimal performance.
Maximize your operational efficiency! The torque settings are adjustable in two directions at nominal torque, with the locked torque varying based on speed and voltage, typically ranging from
1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque.
For 60Hz orders, enhance speed by 1.2 times to ensure outstanding performance.
For 380VAC/3PH, choose between on-off and modulating types, achieving 600 starts per hour (or 1200 starts for modulating types as an option). Note: For basic types exceeding 36RPM, over-torque protection is not available.
