HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
The HEM series is a new generation of multi-turn electric actuators developed and manufactured by HeLi Company's technical team, combining user needs with years of development experience. The HEM series can be produced in various models according to user requirements, such as basic, intelligent, bus-type, and intelligent split-type, ensuring safety, stability, and reliability to meet different application scenarios across various fields.
The HEM series multi-turn electric actuators can not only be used with linear stroke valves like regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves, but can also be equipped with part-turn worm gearboxes to be used with quarter turn valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves.
Due to inertia effect and wear of the drive shaft sleeve, it is suggested that the running speed should not be too fast when it is directly installed on the gate valve.
The max torque set in two directions at the nominal torque. The locked torque depends on the speed and voltage, generally
it's 1.4-2 times of the nominal torque.
If order 60Hz,the speed should add 1.2 times.
380VAC/3PH--on off type and modulating type that's 600 starts/hour(1200 starts for modulating as optional)(For basic typemore than 36RPM there' s no overtorque protection)
