The versatile HEM series multi-turn electric actuators excel in pairing with linear stroke valves, including regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves, while also providing the flexibility to integrate with part-turn worm gearboxes, enabling compatibility with quarter turn valves such as butterfly, ball, and plug valves, offering extensive application potential.
To mitigate the effects of inertia and wear on the drive shaft sleeve, we recommend maintaining a moderate running speed when it is directly installed on the gate valve for optimal performance.
The maximum torque is set in both directions at the nominal torque level. The locked torque typically ranges from
1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, influenced by speed and voltage variations.
For orders with 60Hz specifications, please adjust the speed to 1.2 times the standard rate for optimal efficiency.
Available in 380VAC/3PH--off and modulating types, supporting 600 starts/hour (with an option for 1200 starts with modulating). Note: In basic types exceeding 36RPM, overtorque protection is not available.
