The revolutionary HEM series of multi-turn electric actuators is engineered to operate seamlessly with a variety of linear stroke valves, including regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Additionally, the system can be ingeniously adapted by equipping part-turn worm gearboxes, enabling compatibility with quarter turn valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, providing exceptional performance and versatility.
To ensure optimal performance and longevity, it is recommended that the operation speed be moderated to prevent excessive strain and wear on the drive shaft sleeve when directly attached to the gate valve. is directly installed on the gate valve.
The dual-direction maximum torque is set to the nominal torque standard. The locked torque is influenced by both speed and voltage, typically ranging
from 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, ensuring robust performance under various conditions.
For 60Hz orders, the speed should be adjusted by a factor of 1.2 to achieve optimal operation.
The 380VAC/3PH configurations are available in both on-off and modulating types, supporting up to 600 starts per hour (with an option for 1200 starts for modulating). For basic types exceeding 36RPM, note that over-torque protection is not available.
