HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
Introducing the HEM series, a stunningly advanced line of multi-turn electric actuators. Available in a variety of models — basic, intelligent, bus-type, and intelligent split-type — the HEM series guarantees unparalleled safety, stability, and reliability to suit a vast array of application scenarios across numerous industries.
Not only are the HEM series multi-turn electric actuators adept for use with linear stroke valves such as regulating, gate, and globe valves, but they also provide the adaptability to be paired with part-turn worm gearboxes, enabling compatibility with quarter turn valves, including butterfly, ball, and plug valves, ensuring versatile application.
Considering the effects of inertia and the wear on the drive shaft sleeve, it is advised to maintain a moderate running speed when installing directly on the gate valve, to preserve longevity and efficiency.
The maximum torque set in two directions aligns with the nominal torque, where the locked torque is influenced by speed and voltage, typically
ranging between 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, providing robust and adaptable performance.
For orders at 60Hz, an adjustment is necessary to increase speed by 1.2 times, ensuring optimal operation.
380VAC/3PH—available in on-off type and modulating type, supporting 600 starts/hour (1200 starts for modulating as an option). Note: For basic types exceeding 36RPM, there is no over-torque protection.
