HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR

The ingenious HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are engineered for compatibility with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Moreover, they can be skillfully paired with part-turn worm gearboxes for optimal use with quarter turn valves including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, thus broadening their functionality and application.
To mitigate the effects of inertia and wear on the drive shaft sleeve, it's advisable to maintain a moderate running speed when mounting the actuator directly on the gate valve. is directly installed on the gate valve.
The maximum torque is calibrated in both directions at the nominal torque level. The locked torque, which is contingent upon speed and voltage, typically ranges between
1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, illustrating the actuator's robust power and performance.
For operations at 60Hz, speed adjustments should increase by 1.2 times to maintain optimal functionality.
The 380VAC/3PH models, available in both on-off and modulating types, boast a remarkable operational capability of 600 starts per hour, with the modulating type optionally extending to 1200 starts. (For basic types exceeding 36RPM, note the absence of over-torque protection)
