HEM MULTI TURN ACTUATOR
The HEM series represents a cutting-edge evolution in multi-turn electric actuators, crafted meticulously by the expert technical team at Wenzhou Heli Automatic Meter Co., Ltd. The HEM series multi-turn electric actuators are versatile, capable of enhancing both linear stroke valves like regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Additionally, they can be seamlessly integrated with part-turn worm gearboxes, enabling compatibility with quarter turn valves, including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, thus broadening their application spectrum.
Considering the inertia effect and wear inherent in the drive shaft sleeve, it is advised to maintain a moderate running speed when directly installing the actuator on gate valves to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
The actuator's torque is maximized in both directions at the nominal torque setting. The locked torque is influenced by speed and voltage, usually
ranging from 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, offering robust performance adaptability.
For configurations ordered at 60Hz, the speed is augmented to 1.2 times to meet specific operational requirements.
With a 380VAC/3PH power supply, both on/off and modulating types are available, supporting up to 600 starts per hour (with an optional 1200 starts for modulating types). For basic types exceeding 36RPM, note that there is no overtorque protection.
