The adaptable and versatile HEM series multi-turn electric actuators display exceptional compatibility, effortlessly harmonizing with linear stroke valves like regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. Furthermore, they can be ingeniously combined with part-turn worm gearboxes to be utilized in conjunction with quarter turn valves, including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, thereby broadening their application versatility and adaptability.
In light of the inertia effects and potential wear on the drive shaft sleeve, it is recommended to moderate the operational speed when these actuators are directly mounted on gate valves for optimal performance and longevity.is directly installed on the gate valve.
The maximum torque is adeptly configured in both directions at a nominal torque. The locked torque is influenced by speed and voltage, typically ranging
between 1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque, ensuring robust and adaptable operation.
For orders requiring 60Hz, adjusting the speed to 1.2 times the original is advised for seamless performance.
Designed for versatility, the 380VAC/3PH models accommodate both on-off and modulating types, boasting an impressive capacity of 600 starts per hour (with an option for 1200 starts for modulating types). For basic types that exceed 36RPM, note that over-torque protection is not included.
