Introducing the revolutionary HEM series, the latest evolution in multi-turn electric actuators. Tailored to meet diverse user demands, the HEM series is available in multiple models—ranging from basic and intelligent to bus-type and intelligent split-type. Versatility at its finest, the HEM series multi-turn electric actuators seamlessly integrate with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves, and globe valves. In addition, they are engineered to be adaptable for use with part-turn worm gearboxes, expanding their capability to accommodate quarter turn valves, including butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves, ensuring comprehensive coverage for all your valve control needs.
To prolong the lifespan and maintain optimal performance, it is advised that the operational speed remains moderate when the actuator is directly mounted on gate valves, considering the inertia effect and wear on the drive shaft sleeve.
The actuator's torque capacity is impressive, with maximum torque set bi-directionally at the nominal torque rating. The locked torque can vary based on speed and voltage, typically reaching
1.4 to 2 times the nominal torque.
For orders requiring 60Hz, it is recommended to increase the speed by 1.2 times for optimal performance.
Flexible operational choices are available with the 380VAC/3PH setup—suitable for both on/off and modulating types. It supports up to 600 starts per hour, with an optional 1200 starts for modulating types. Note: for basic types exceeding 36RPM, overtorque protection is not included.
